Creating content has been of a trouble lately to me and I had to be in the mood to let this one out. Do writers or content creators feel this way? Let me know in the comment section.

Currently listening to Zodi feat. Mr. Eazi while writing this piece. What’s your favourite in the new album by Jidenna.

Aunty Iremide took me out for dinner and we ended up at Craft gourmet by Lou Baker.

Location- 3rd Floor, Mega Plaza, Idowu Martins Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The ambience was one to be excited about. It reminded me of one the restaurants in London.

We found a right spot and a waiter came to attend to us swiftly and showed us the menu.

I like it when waiters at restaurants are very conversant with the menu. He assisted us in choosing our appetizer and main dish.

I had the Chicken avocado wrap bit and Aunty Iremide had the Craft Gourmet sliders for appetizers. My option was more preferred and it was so filling.

We both had the Grilled lamb and Fried rice as the side dish. I couldn’t understand what was going on with the grilled lamb; it was more like it was boiled.

I didn’t really enjoy it and because we were so full, we had to take the rest of the food away.

We both requested for the Craft Gourmet Daiquiri. It tasted really nice.

We couldn’t have desserts because we were so filled up.

The Customer service was above average.

There is enough parking space at Mega Plaza.

I’ll give them a 7/10

Craft Gourmet Daiquiri- 3000 each

Chicken Avocado wrap bit- 4000

Craft Gourmet Sliders- 5000

Grilled Lamb- 15000

They also charge a 5% on vat and a 5% on Lagos consumption tax.

  1. Sounds like a good experience. Although, I think most restaurants need to do better with their food. Get the right chef so the menu can be perfect.
