I would call this my opening into the explorers world 😂 I was invited to do a review at INAGBE RESORT.
Receiving an invitation to review either a fun place or a restaurants food tasting is definitely an honor to a critic-(Uju2018)
Currently listening to Talk by Khalid.
I had postponed several visits to Inagbe Resort because of my schedule and finally made up my mind in the month of May 2019 to visit.
If you know me very well, you’ll know I mostly keep to time.
I was asked to arrive at the jetty by 9am and I got there at the slated time.
I loved the fact that we weren’t kept waiting for long and in no time we moved to the resort.
INAGBE RESORT
This beautiful resort is a hidden paradise located on Inagbe Island, which is about 15mins boat ride from the Regatta Jetty on Queens Drive (now Oyinkan Abayomi Drive) in Ikoyi area of Lagos on a charter boat and had a memorable experience exploring this stunning resort which captures the essence of nature, culture and tradition.
I had to change my Naira notes to the Inagbe notes (they are that extra) That’s the accepted currency at the resort.
I settled in comfortably and went round to feed my eyes with the surroundings.

I also bought some coconut water (can someone repeat after me that coconut water is overrated)

This is unrelated but I bought a bottle of water for 400 Naira (ahhh odun mi) It’s paining my chest and you’ll definitely need a lot.
There were lots of activities going on from;
Face painting
Boat Rides
Kayaking
Live Bands
Swimming
Jet Ski
Quad bikes and more

Your girl was confused and didn’t know which to start from since I was alone with no company ☺️ (I actually enjoy going out all by myself)
I headed to the floating lounge for a bit and just enveloped the serene
I then went to checkout the swimming pool which kept on calling my name but I didn’t answer.
They also have a Play ground for Children.
I enjoyed the Buffett served at the resort as there were so many options to choose from.
I’m on a salad diet and so I had salad and water 🌚 (This summer body better load oh 😂)
I ended my day-cation at Inagbe by going to the beach side which also had a swimming pool and tents to rest by. If you’re not a lover of nature I dunno🤷🏽♀️
I joined a group in their game challenge and guess who dozed off.
In all I totally enjoyed myself and I’ll definitely be returning back but this time with my group as I’ll be planning a day-cation trip to Inagbe soon.
I almost forgot to mention that they have accommodations for those who want to spend the night or the weekend at the resort.
